Tinuola Odufuye was appointed Head, Business Development FCMB Asset Management in July 2022. Previously, she was the Head of Sales at Comercio Partners Asset Management.

Some of her stellar achievements include development of significant client-base and actualization of AUM growth by 580% and 1800% respectively within 2 years, optimization of operational standards, implementation and consistent review of marketing and sales strategies to reflect changing market realities, thereby maintaining the company's competitive edge.

She is a seasoned business development professional with domain expertise in strategy, wealth management, business advisory, sales, product development and client experience. Prior to joining Comercio Partners Asset Management, Tinuola served as a Business Development Manager at Stanbic IBTC Pension, Executive Banker at Stanbic IBTC Bank and Commercial Relationship Manager at United Bank for Africa (UBA).

In her over 12 years of corporate experience spanning a wide spectrum of responsibilities, she effectively managed clients’ experience of the brands she represented. She is reputed for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which includes bespoke plans that help high-net-worth Individuals achieve their set net-worth targets within given investment horizon.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master of Arts degree in English Language from the University of Lagos.

Tinuola acquired a leadership coaching certification from the John Maxwell Team, Florida, USA. She is currently working on obtaining a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of East London, United Kingdom and a Certified Financial Planner professional qualification from the American Academy of Financial Management.
