Ndukaku Offiah joined FCMB Asset Management Limited in August 2022 as Credit Fund Portfolio Manager. He also doubles as the Head, Alternative Assets.

Nduka has over 22 years' experience in different areas of the financial services sector spanning Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Structured Trade & Commodity Finance, Agriculture Business, Asset Management, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Consumer Banking and Supply Chain Finance.

Prior to joining FCMB Asset Management, Nduka was in Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) at Standard Chartered Bank. He was also the pioneer Head, Structured Trade & Commodity Finance (STCF), Agribusiness Division, FCMB Limited. He was at different times in Zenith Bank Plc, ARM Securities Limited, ARM Investment Managers and Continental Trust Bank Limited (Now UBA Plc).

Nduka is a First-Class Graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) where he studied Agricultural Extension. He also holds a Masters (MSc) degree in Business Analysis & Finance from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom where he came top of his class with Distinction. He has an MBA (Finance) from University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Nduka is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) as well as a Certified Expert in Agricultural Finance (CEAF) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany. He has an International Trade Specialist (ITS) Certification from eBSI Export Academy, Ireland, as well as Moody’s Credit Skills Assessment Certification and Corporate Credit Risk Management Certification (CCRMC), amongst other certifications. He has attended many local and foreign courses.
