"Downloads", and then click on "Downloadable forms". Once the form is completed, email it to fcmbamcustomercare@fcmb.com along with other supporting documents.

You can access/monitor your investment through the FCMB Asset Management Limited's portal https://portal.fcmbassetmanagement.com.

To get the login details to the client portal, send a request to fcmbamcustomercare@fcmb.com

If for any reason you cannot access the portal and you need your statements/reports on your investment, send a request to fcmbamcustomercare@fcmb.com

Login to your investment dashboard, proceed to redemption and follow the instruction to make full or partial withdrawal from your fund or alternatively, you can send an e-mail to fcmbamcustomercare@fcmb.com.
